The company I work for is fairly small 11 million per year but needs to be re-organized not to accept it really needs to be organized for the first time. We have an office in Silerdale, WA warehouse (real operation) in Texarkana, AR, and I am based in South America and travel all around. The Solverdale office has two girls who mainly run the accountancy and do some poaperwork (place orders to our suppliers in China and South America, keep track of shipments), the poeple in Texarkana (3 warehouse guys, and the suposed to be President), and again.. me, being in South America doing supplier development and supply chain management.. What would you consider being the correct organizational structure for this company? 7 of us only. Byt he way.. I a suposed to be called Vice President of International Marketing.
