Welcome to my home.

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean with Bodega Bay to the north, Tomales Bay to the south and the California Coast Range to the East, you can relax and unwind. Let the quiet solitude and the time for reflection refresh you for your return to the week-day-world.


Walk through the pasture past cows and grazing deer to a cozy beach where the river empties into the ocean or return to the fishing village of Dillon Beach and walk along the sandy shore. Fish in the bay for perch, salmon and crab or do some bird watching.


Enjoy the comforts of home in your private bedroom or curl up by the stove with a good book in the sitting room. Enjoy a hearty breakfast of home baked breads warm from the oven and then sample local cuisine from Italian to California fresh fish the rest of the day. Come home and watch the sun set into the sea.

WindMist Cottage has one large guest room with a queen sized bed and two twin beds.
Adjacent bath and sitting room (couch in sitting room also sleeps two).

Price:

Breakfast served between 7 and 9a.m.
Other meals available upon request for nominal fee
Check out time - 11:30 a.m.
